Fill the application form which can be obtained from any JTB office or online at http://www.e-speed.com.bn/espeed/formdownload.doc
a) Submit the completed application form to the nearest JTB offices or fax to 2380049 or email the completed electronic form to espeed@brunet.bn
b) Successful applicants shall be notified to come to the respective JTB offices: (i) to pay one time charges and subscription fee for one month in advance
(ii) to finalize other details (if any)
Note: Please bring the following when you proceed to the counter for payment
A . Government : An Original letter from Head of Department & Letter of Authorisation
B . Corporate : A copy of Business Registration or Certificate of Incorporation & Letter of Authorisation & Copies IC
C . Residential (18 years old and above) : A copy of the Customer's IC or Passport
D . Residential (under 18 years old) :
(i) A copy of the Customer's IC or Passport and
(ii) A copy of the Guarantor's IC or Passport d) JTB or appointed installer or contractor will arrange with successful applicants to fix installation appointment
Billing date shall commence upon successful installation of e-speed modem at customer premises.
