The Amateur Dramatics Society - Panaga (T.A.D.S.)
.A.D.S. is an active section of the Panaga Club (KB/Seria). You may have 'done' AmDram elsewhere, or are a complete beginner who would like to 'have a go' and just wants to have some fun with other likeminded people, want more info, then get in touch.
Apart from being on the stage, there's lots of other ways to be involved.Set design & painting, set building, stage crew, techie bits, wardrobe, makeup, props, poster and programme design, directing, producing, music, choreography, the list is endless. The annual programme includes a pantomime in early December (5 performances), a play in May, plus a couple of social evenings.
Auditions for our May Play 2005, as yet untitled, will probably be taking place wc 14 March.
Apart from the performing side of things we also have an extensive wardrobe of fancy dress outfits plus costumes and accessories from previous shows which can be hired, either for shows or parties. (ever wondered where to can get hold of an 'off the peg' chicken costume? - now you know). TADS wardrobe is open on Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30pm.
